Before I’m a leader.
Before I’m a speaker.
Before I’m a mother.
Before I’m a disruptor.
I am. Human.
And everything I do – on stage, in boardrooms, in coaching sessions, and in life – comes back to one mission:
helping people rediscover their joy, courage, and humanity in a world that’s getting louder, faster, and more artificial.

I’m a keynote speaker, facilitator and human-centred leadership voice.
I help teams, leaders, women and everyday humans feel alive again – in their work, their relationships, and themselves.
My work blends real talk, humour, emotional intelligence, and deeply human insight with the realities of an AI-transformed world.
No fluff. No jargon. No pretending.
Just truth that hits home – and inspires people to grow, connect, and lead with more heart.
I believe humans are the real competitive advantage.
Not technology.
Not speed.
Not productivity hacks.
Humans.
Our joy.
Our courage.
Our creativity.
Our connection.
The messy, beautiful, emotional parts of us that AI will never replace.
And I believe that when people feel safe, seen, supported, and inspired — they become unstoppable.
I’ve worked in agencies and corporates.
I’ve built businesses – a few that failed spectacularly, and a couple that I grew and sold for millions.
I’ve coached leaders, mediated conflicts, led teams, raised kids, stepparented, rebuilt myself after burnout, and navigated more plot twists than Netflix.
Each chapter left a mark, a scar, and a lesson I now carry into the rooms I speak in.
My academic alphabet soup includes degrees and certifications in Marketing Communication, Social Media, Coaching, Mediation, AI, and an MBA — but let’s be honest: certificates rot on a wall.
What matters is how someone leaves an interaction with you:
That’s the work I care about.
That’s the work I do.
Not the Instagram kind.
Not the “toxic positivity” kind.
I’m talking about deep, peace-rooted, balance-born JOY – the kind I literally tattooed on my arm (in Greek, because… dramatic).
Joy is not a luxury.
It’s leadership fuel.
It’s culture glue.
It’s creative oxygen.
It’s what humans run on – and what most workplaces have slowly squeezed out.
My mission is to bring it back.
I’m here to help people – leaders, teams, women, parents, humans – grow with more heart, lead with more courage, and live with more joy.
Work is changing.
AI is accelerating.
Life is complicated.
But humans?
We still matter.
Maybe now more than ever.
